Justin Humphreys

After starting at TBA as an architectural designer in 2001 Justin Humphreys, AIA, NCARB, LEED, became the Principal and Officer of the firm and a member of its Board of Directors in the Fall of 2019. Justin’s dedication to the company, his passion for architecture, and his enduring commitment in “supporting the creative impulse” are among the many assets he brings to TBA.

The Next 30 Years…

Having grown and developed with the firm, Justin looks forward to TBA’s growth and development in the years to come under his leadership. TBA Architects has always believed in exploring diverse solutions to complex problems and employing a fully integrated, creative, problem solving approach to every aspect of the built environment. At TBA, we collaborate with our clients on all phases of project conceptualization and design. The firm finds satisfaction in applying this proven creative design approach to a diverse grouping of projects, and we are committed to exploring and expanding projects of all varieties. By encouraging our employees to engage with their communities by contributing their professional expertise in educational and public forums, and as a group, actively seeking public projects, TBA demonstrates its ongoing commitment to public service.

Concord Studio

TBA Architects relocated the studio to Bradford Street in Concord in December of 2011. Committed to making the space our new home, TBA designed the renovation of the Bradford Mill space, including our own offices. Here, we have developed a close-knit team, each with their own unique skills, that comprise our collaborative, well-rounded studio.

Supporting the Creative Impulse Since 1986…

TBA continues to pursue the mission of public service through thoughtful and innovative design solutions started by our founders M. Russel Feldman, Bob Jefferies, Kathleen Vick, and Leo McGill.

Waltham Studio

Before moving to our office in Concord, TBA made it’s home in Waltham where Russ, Bob, Leo, and Kathleen first developed the collaborative studio environment. Coming from different companies, positions, and backgrounds, they came together to combine their individual skill sets with the common ethos of using their design expertise, not to impose their point of view, but to be of service to their clients and communities, as well as have a bit of fun along the way.

TBA Past, Present, Future…

Throughout the years, TBA has seen many transitions at the studio in clients, personnel, and principals, as well as in the world at large through shifts in economic and social climates, yet our pursuit of creative design has remained consistent. TBA has always welcomed these transitions as opportunities for company growth and development, chances to better serve the public good.
