Serving as the On-Call/As-Needed Architectural Consultant, our work for the Town of Mansfield involves the provision of complete Architectural & Engineering Designer Services for small renovation and construction projects in an on-going/as-needed capacity for Municipal and School Buildings. Project types have included feasibility studies, facilities conditions assessments, code review, survey, planning, design, and construction monitoring services on a wide variety of renovation projects. The TBA team has provided Assessment, Design and Implementation Phase Designer Services including construction monitoring and closeout for both municipal and school buildings.

For the Memorial Hall, TBA Architects oversaw the roof replacement for the Historic Gothic Revival structure, ensuring its endurance as a Mansfield landmark.
